MDF

MDF is a medium hardness board, and it is a homogeneous board formed by thermomechanically pressing the fibers obtained from wood or other cellulosic raw materials, after drying to a certain degree of humidity, gluing with a thermosetting (hardening at temperature) glue of approximately 9-11% and pressing under temperature and pressure. MDF literally means medium density fiberboard and consists of the initials of the words Medium Density Fiberboard.

MDF is preferred because of its homogeneous density at every point, its ability to be obtained in standard sizes, its excellence in milling operations, and its good grip on screws applied from the surface and edges.

Mega MDF
The wood used in the production of MEGA MDF is made into chips after the bark is peeled, these chips are washed and thus the foreign materials such as dust, soil, ash and bark are cleaned, containing only wood fiber and glue, lighter but with high resistance values. It is an R&D product. It provides great advantages to customers in terms of both price and transportation.
