Starwood joined the Mendez Holding group.

The company, which produces boards in the highest volume under a single roof in Türkiye, also manufactures 4,000 m³ of particleboard per day on 3 particleboard production lines and 4,500 m³ of MDF per day on 3 MDF production lines. It has specialized particularly in thin MDF production from 1.5 mm to 8 mm. Producing on a total area of 755,000 m² including 350,000 m² of enclosed area in İnegöl, Starwood has a production capacity of 60,000 boards/day in widths of 183 cm and 210 cm with 17 melamine presses and the melamine press existing at its facility in Georgia.

With 5 impregnation lines and a capacity of 600,000 m²/day, Starwood both meets the needs of its own production and provides contract manufacturing services; it also produces the resin and glue used in paper impregnation and in particleboard and MDF production in its own facilities. With a printing-paint production line with a capacity of 450,000 m²/day, boards with thicknesses from 1.5 mm to 22 mm can be painted in 35 different patterns and colors. In addition, paint printing in any customer-specific color can be performed. With its nature-friendly approach and awareness of clean air quality, Starwood carries out environmentally respectful production with suction systems for press gases on all production lines, and with electrostatic filters and dust separators for particleboard facilities. All Starwood products, E1 grade and free of carcinogenic substances, have certifications compliant with national and international quality standards.
